Entertainment Production Company Focuses on Inland Empire Talent

California’s most massive population center has its own Hollywood-grade production facility with Subtle Insight Entertainment

RIVERSIDE, CA. – APRIL 15, 2022 – Full-service entertainment production company Subtle Insight Entertainment brings Hollywood-quality film and television production and artist management to California’s massive Inland Empire, a groundbreaking way for the industry veteran and founder of the Henry Jones III Company to open access to the film industry and high quality production to underrepresented communities.

With over 25 years in the entertainment industry, Jones knows what it takes to excel in Hollywood and has cultivated the relationships to prove it. From his early days as a songwriter leading him into artist management, Jones has managed a girl group and a singer, getting both clients signed to independent labels while co-writing over 75% of each band’s album. He broke into the film industry when Richard T. Jones, of ABC’s “The Rookie,” “Why Did I Get Married” and Tyler Perry’s “The Wood,” quit his manager and sought temporary representation. Henry and Richard then teamed up to produce the short film “Finding Neo”, written and directed by Teo, and collaborated together on various projects.

Jones’ career in Hollywood has exposed him to success and experiences that many residents of the Inland Empire – the Southern California region east of LA County – cannot easily access, which led him to launch Subtle Insight Entertainment in 2021.

“As a black business owner and as someone who has been in the business for years, I know how hard it is to break through,” Jones said. “I don’t want others to struggle like I had to, so I create space and opportunity for others who have the same aspirations but not the same access. I strive to elevate my community through Subtle Insight Entertainment by providing high quality regional talent with local representation.

The Inland Empire is home to over 11% of California’s population and is one of the fastest growing population areas in the country. But despite the vastness of the region, the center of the entertainment industry is in Los Angeles, where most of the auditions take place. Simply fighting traffic is just one of the obstacles that aspiring actors, musicians, storytellers, and filmmakers in the Inland Empire will face. It is this barrier that Subtle Insight Entertainment seeks to dismantle.

“I want to give people the chance to be seen by someone who lives where they live. I want to tell compelling stories, work with exceptional talent and make great movies and have the satisfaction of saying that we did here, in a place not many people know about,” Jones said.

Since its launch, Subtle Insight Entertainment has produced KS Media’s short film, “Two Three”, written and directed by Kobina Wright and produced by Kevin Saunders and assisted in the production of Marsell Consulting’s virtual symposium, “The Black Man Made Well”, which focuses on mental health. The company also manages artists, currently representing hit actor Jonathan Joss, whose credits include the animated series “King of the Hill,” the Emmy-winning TV show “Parks and Recreation,” and the Academy Award-nominated film. “True Grit”. R&B/hip hop artist Shawn Tuck, who is currently working with Phataztrax’s James Benson on his upcoming EP, is also on Subtle Insight Entertainment’s roster. Jones produces and directs Tuck’s next music video, “My Vibe Song”, and manages Tuck’s growing career as collaboration requests from other artists continue to increase significantly.
