The Halo post house has expanded its production team with three additional producers.
Jess Netley – Verrinder joins the halo of Covent Garden-based installation Onsight, where she has focused on feature documentaries such as Arsene Wenger: Invincible and Eric Clapton: The Lady on the Balcony.
Head of Production, Louisa Sutherland-Smith said, “We are thrilled to welcome Jess to the Halo production team. She brings a wealth of experience in just about every type of project that fits perfectly with Halo’s eclectic slate.
Jess Netley – Verrinder comments: “I am very happy and excited to have joined Halo. They are well known for their high standard of work and diverse range of projects which it is amazing to have the opportunity to participate in. I’ve already received an incredibly warm welcome into the Halo family, and I look forward to all that’s yet to come.
Additionally, as part of Halo’s commitment to recruiting from within, the company has also promoted two internal job coordinators, Finlay Macauley and Emily Dutton to producer level. Both began their careers working in customer service at Halo.
Commercial Director, Will Garbutt, says: “The best way to build a team is to nurture and train entry-level staff, moving them up the ranks as much as possible. This is how we discover the stars of tomorrow and establish solid working relationships. By mentoring them with experienced professionals in the department willing to share their knowledge and giving them hands-on customer-facing experience, we can help and support their career growth in this exciting and dynamic industry. I’m happy to say that Emily and Finlay are shining examples and we already have two new production coordinators to take their place to begin their journey into post-project management.
Halo recently completed full post-production of ‘Dinosaurs: The Final Day with David Attenborough’ and ‘House of Maxwell’ for the BBC and sound post-production for George Michael’s theatrical feature, ‘Freedom Uncut’.
