Production Team and Executive Producers Announced for 74th Emmy Awards

NBC and the Television Academy today jointly announced that Done+Dusted, in association with Hudlin Entertainment, will produce the 74th Emmy® Awards, scheduled for September 12 on NBC. Ian Stewart, Reginald Hudlin, Byron Phillips and Jane Mun will serve as executive producers for the three-hour, coast-to-coast live broadcast that begins at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.

Hamish Hamilton will lead for the fifth year.

A host and location will be announced later.

“For the past few years, we’ve been hoping to welcome everyone who makes live TV magic back into THE ROOM at the Emmys,” said Ian Stewart, president of Done+Dusted. “Fortunately, this year it looks like we can. Let’s celebrate the best of television together. It’s party time again!”

Hudlin added, “I’m so excited to be back at the Emmys with Done+Dusted. Television is now in its new golden age and celebrating its brilliance across all genres is so much fun to do.”

One week before the broadcast, the 2022 CREATIVE ARTS EMMY AWARDS will take place over two consecutive nights on Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4. An edited presentation will air Saturday, September 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FXX.
